Sauga city music festival

Four panel discussions will be presented between the hours of 2pm and 7pm in the Rogers Theatre at the Living Arts Centre. The panels will be free and open to culturally diverse youth and artists.

Success From the 905

Discussions will focus on equal opportunities for artists of colour and other emerging artists in Mississauga and Peel. The importance of networking and collaboration between these cultural groups will also be discussed. This panel will feature successful artists based in Peel sharing their insights on becoming successful.

How to Build a Thriving Culturally Diverse Music Scene in Peel

Culturally diverse artists, city officials and venue operators will discuss what’s needed to support local musicians and creating a supportive music scene. This panel will also feature representatives from funding agencies supporting artists in the city, region, province and nationally.
